Employee Tenure Award 2025

The portal is accessible only to employees who have reached their milestone anniversary at BMC. Access is granted through a link sent by Adalwin to your official communication email address from “hello@adalwin.com”.

Use the link provided by Adalwin and enter your BMC email ID. An OTP will be sent to your BMC email; enter this OTP to reach the portal’s home page.

You must use your official BMC email ID to log in. Login issues may occur if you are not yet eligible for the gift, the OTP is incorrect, or the link has expired or invalid.     After logging in, go through your available gift options. Select a gift and add it to your cart. For product gifts, provide your shipping address at checkout. For vouchers, only your email ID and contact number are needed. Complete the checkout to place your order.

    For product gifts, enter your Full Name, Employee ID, BMC Email ID, Address, State, City, Pin Code, and a 10-digit Contact Number (without +91). For vouchers, only your BMC Email ID and contact number are required.

    You will receive a confirmation email from hello@adalwin.com with your order details once your order is placed.

    Gift dispatch begins within two working weeks after your order is placed. Delivery is expected within an additional two weeks to your registered address. You will receive real-time updates from Adalwin and the logistics partner via email and SMS.

    Record an unboxing video and take clear photos of the product. Email the video, photos, and your order screenshot to support@adalwin.com within 15 days of delivery. Adalwin will assist with the replacement.

    Yes, defective products can be replaced. Send your complaint with an unboxing video and photos to support@adalwin.com within 15 days of delivery. Replacement or exchange will be processed in 3–5 working weeks, subject to brand discretion. Please note that an unboxing video is compulsory to claim a replacement.
